These Member Terms govern your use of A’DAM.works coworking and event services at Overhoeksplein 1, Amsterdam. By becoming a member or attending a tour, you agree to:

• House rules: quiet zones, respect for other members, no commercial filming without consent.
• Membership fees: as agreed at signup, billed monthly in advance via SEPA direct debit or card.
• Notice period: 30 days written notice for cancellation, taking effect at month-end.
• Liability: A’DAM.works’ liability is limited to the membership fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
• Dutch law applies. Disputes resolved by the District Court of Amsterdam.
