A’DAM.works (operated by Adam Toren BV in partnership with theHUB Ibiza) processes the personal data you submit through this website to respond to your enquiry and provide membership services. Our legal basis is GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) — processing necessary for the performance of a contract or to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

Your rights & opt-out

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you, to object to processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (the Dutch data protection authority). To exercise any of these rights, email work@adamtoren.nl and we will respond within one month.

Data we hold

If you submit an enquiry form, we hold: your name, email, phone, the membership type you enquired about, your message, and (if you arrived via an ad) the campaign attribution data. If you become a member, we additionally hold the data required to fulfil the membership contract (billing details, access credentials, usage records).

Sub-processors

We share data with the following sub-processors under signed Data Processing Agreements: Nexudus (member management), Cal.com (tour booking), Resend (transactional email), and Google (ads attribution). Full sub-processor list with EU-residency confirmation is available on request.
